• Hourly rate: $65/hr
• Minimum: 2‑hour minimum
• Quick Fix: $85 flat (bundle small items/as many as we can do in 1 hour)
• Senior discount: 10% off (age 60+) on Quickfix jobs only
• Referral credit: $20 toward your next project
• Estimates: Free by message or phone, or in person

Materials are the homeowner’s responsibility. We can pick up materials locally with receipt; Homeowner is responsible for permits.
